Regarding Freight charges:

Freight is Extra and TO PAY basis to be borne by the customer. Freight to be paid at the Lorry office while collecting the calendar bundles at the destination point.  

No cancellation or return is accepted once the order gets processed. Order stands confirmed and processed once 50% of invoice value is received as advance.

Lead time for delivery of calendars as promised during order booking will be counted from payment of 50% of invoice value as advance and also after confirmation of advertisement content. Hence any delay in advance payment or providing advertisement content will affect the delivery time as promised. Hence delivery time shall be altered as per any of the above delays as mentioned.
